Watch, Learn and Eat! Sit back and enjoy watching skilled, entertaining chefs prepare you a classic Cajun/Creole meal, while learning about the vibrant history of New Orleans cuisine!  Demonstration class includes the preparation of three or four menu items, a copy of the recipes, a bottle of locally brewed Abita beer, lemonade, iced tea, and coffee. Classes are offered twice daily at 10:00am and 2:00pm.
